The Third Collection of Dances by Ian Whitehead. (Last updated 1-4-2008)
Some
of these dances are much better than others but I put them here so that perhaps
someone will take the idea and improve on the dance (and send it back to
me!).

Now repeat everything from the original positions and then from the mens' side.
Not an easy dance because of the change of orientation and the fig.8 just 3/4 as
well as a very busy B1. I wrote this in response to someone in the Rugby Folk
Dance Club who thought I was often devious in my compositions, and also for Sue
Lawson who once said she wanted another 2 couple dance.

All set 'UP' forward diagonally right and left to
bring the sets in line again,
All set to partners.
B1 All touch 1/4 right with partner to 3 ocean waves across both sets, rock x1.
Swing through and the 6 ladies circulate in the
centre 1 place CCW
AND the ladies individually turn 1/4 left to face
another lady in the centre.
B2 Those ladies pass left to the man who chains them out of the centre,
All 6 ladies chain as in Levi Jackson and turn as
a couple to put ladies in the centre.
The ladies only have 2 'partners' - their original and one other, but as
everyone is moving
this has been seen as a useful reference point to keep the dance going. For once
men, be
satisfied with having two partners!
